IntentDomains.com provides a marketplace for premium domain names and AI-powered domain valuation tools. The Service includes:

• A curated vault of premium domain names available for purchase
• AI-powered brand valuation reports generated by third-party AI models (Google Gemini)
• Naming consulting services offered directly by the founder
• An inquiry and contact system for domain acquisition

To access certain features (AI valuation, premium content), you must sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• All domain listings are for informational purposes. Displayed prices are asking prices and are subject to change without notice.
• Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding offer or agreement. A domain sale is only complete upon a separate, signed agreement between buyer and seller.
• Domain transfers are facilitated separately through an agreed escrow or transfer mechanism (e.g., Escrow.com, Sedo, or direct transfer).
• We make no warranty that any listed domain is free of third-party trademark claims. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

• AI valuation reports are generated by Google Gemini and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
• Valuations may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content.
• You must not use the valuation tool to submit false, misleading, or harmful intent queries.
• We reserve the right to rate-limit or revoke access to the valuation tool at any time.

All content on IntentDomains.com, including domain narratives, brand analyses, design elements, and copy, is owned by IntentDomains.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Submit false or misleading information through contact forms or valuation queries
• Attempt to circumvent authentication or access controls

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTENTDOMAINS.COM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntentDomains.com and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IntentDomains.com operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
